Vision: Riding on a FIREWORK? I wouldn't have even considered it. The theme is clearly set around the American Flag. Other than the girl herself, you limited yourself to specific colors, nice job. You even went for the jet back background. Though it is a bit jumbled.

Originality: Very original~

Technique: Colored Pencil is very difficult to master. (This might get long, as there are so many objects) The fireworks themselves are a bit strange... mainly the one in the top right corner. I really like the flag but it should be 5x10 with the stars and I can see that it is probably 7x10 which seems like it would just be a waste of your strength and time to color. The proportions seem to be fine but there are parts where her bones seem to be broken. (left arm and leg) The large red firework is nice and shiny but it needs shading at the bottom or highlights (considering there are explosions going on) to make the main part appear more 3-D. The little one beside it could use more highlights. My favorite part is the "America" display at the top. It shows that you really understand how the fireworks move and how much you can see of the letters themselves. A bit more contrast was needed here and there but it my computer monitor is horrible so I can not comment much on that and this is a photo, which makes it more difficult.

Impact: I think it's a great piece with a lot of color and very patriotic. I believe it would be more dramatic if she were clinging to the rocket she's riding on. Areas were you used implied 3-D look very nice. And the black background shows that you were working very hard! ^_^
